WOIL INDUSTRIAL MOULD OIL

WOIL INDUSTRIAL MOULD OIL is a mold release agent used by making an aqueous emulsion. It is formulated with well-refined mineral oils and special additives to prevent concrete from sticking to molds. It ensures that the surfaces of the objects are smooth and even and provides the protection of metal molds against corrosion and rust.
In order to obtain an emulsion from the mold oil, the predetermined amount of oil is added in water with continuous mixing (water should not be added in the oil).
The emulsion can be applied to the molds by brush or spray. In terms of economy and for better results, the surfaces of the molds should be thoroughly cleaned before applying the emulsion.
Since it has maximum oxidation resistance, it is ready to use and easy to apply.
